There are many points which make Rowleys an enjoyable place to work. Starting as a trainee I was offered a generous training package which allowed me to become fully ACCA qualified. Post qualification Rowleys offer all employees any further training they would like to undertake specific to their needs.

Rowleys offer the ability to progress in our careers, we are given the option to choose the areas we would like to expand in to and discuss areas that we would like to move away from. This stems from the open and friendly atmosphere within the office. Finally I would say I really value the flexible working policy which allows me to finish early on a Friday.
