Our Payroll Service

Our payroll service offers all the benefits of a payroll department without the overheads or compliance risks. Payroll is integral to keeping a business running successfully. However, it is becoming increasingly difficult and time-consuming to manage and keep up to date with payroll and pension legislation.
The payroll team here at Rowley’s are all payroll professionals who work to a high standard. Our team is constantly training and researching to ensure they are fully up to date with the ever changing payroll legislation.
Our clients can rest assured their payroll is in the very safest of hands with our CIPP-qualified payroll experts who can manage all aspects of payroll. We work with hundreds of clients of different sizes, all of whom have very different needs.
Also our service isn’t just another impersonal ‘off the shelf’ or online service. Our payroll team will get to know each payroll client and their business so that they understand the business priorities and the specific challenges they face. This way we can use that understanding to tailor the way we work to each client’s specific needs and to make sure they receive the service that works for them.
Our payroll service includes (but is not limited to):
- Payroll setup including PAYE registration
- Calculations of statutory payments: SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.
- Deduction calculations for loans, attachment or earnings orders etc
- Processing pensions including calculations and submissions for auto enrolment
- We provide an individual employee payroll portals – for employees to view/download payslips, P60’s etc.
- Running payroll summary reports including departmental and bespoke reports
- Providing a breakdown of monthly HMRC liability figures and due dates
- Processing all RTI submissions
- Providing all leaver documents (P45’s)
- Completion of end of year submission & documentation (P60’s)
- Processing and calculations for payrolling benefits
- CIS calculations and submissions
- Ad hoc payroll and employment advice
