Rowleys launches apprenticeship programme for graduates and school leavers

15th February 2022

We are delighted to launch our 2022 new starter selection process, as a growing accountancy firm we recognise the need to invest in those that are ready to start a career in accountancy and tax.  We are looking for four individuals, two in Audit and Accounts, one in our specialist Medical department and one in our Private Client and Trusts team.  Our plan is for them to commence life working at Rowleys at the end of August and be a part of our continued development over a 3 or 5 year training contract.

The accountancy world is ever changing with additional regulation around audit, the changing tax environment and not to mention any future changes that will come as a result of the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic. As a firm, we are keen to stay ahead of the game and invest in the right candidates, to be a part of the future of Rowleys, giving our clients exceptional service.

Rowleys is an independent firm of accountants based in Leicester, operating across the East Midlands.  Our people are a big part of what we do and we like to encourage everyone to join in and make a difference.  Our work covers the bedrock of accounting and tax but also gives great exposure to those more technical areas that people need to be the most successful advisors in the future.

Our overall package is market leading for an independent practice and not only does it include a market rate salary, we ensure that wellbeing and work life balance is at the heart of the package and how we operate.  To find out more about the overall package:

We would encourage anyone who is interested, or knows anyone who may be interested, to review our roles and get the application form in as soon as possible!  We are excited about welcoming people in for our assessment days where there will be the opportunity to hear more about what we do and a future career at Rowleys. This will be open to those who are successful at the application stage.
