Paul joined Rowleys in 2000 as Tax Manager and became our Consultant in 2016, having had a notable career in accountancy practices. He manages a large portfolio of personal tax clients as well as advising on estate planning and undertakes probate assignments involving complex issues such as intestate, multi-property estates and significantly high net worth individuals.

Paula joined Rowleys as a Director when her practice was acquired by Rowleys in 2005. She now acts as our Finance Director and is also responsible for our audit and ethical compliance. She has over twenty years of practice experience and manages a substantial portfolio of owner managed businesses, oversees the services we provide to the medical sector as well as managing the financial health and growth of our practice.

Rekha joined Rowleys in 2015 when we acquired the practice of Kemp Taylor. She is a senior member of our audit and accounts team and, as well as helping to manage the overall coordination of the department, she focuses on preparing the accounts, audit and Independent Examinations for a large number of charities.

Robert joined Rowleys in 1999 and now acts as our Managing and Technical Director, having previously lectured for one of the UK’s leading training providers for the accountancy sector, Mercia. As well as being responsible for the overall development of our firm, he also manages a large portfolio of substantial corporate entities, pension schemes and a considerable number of charities.

Tony began his accountancy career at Rowleys in 1971 and worked his way up to becoming our Chairman in 2007. As well as leading the strategic direction and growth of our practice, he also manages a large portfolio of clients, providing them with specialist consultancy and advice in areas including charities, trusts, probate and corporate finance.
