Tony is responsible for the development of the company. He also provides a full range of professional services to businesses, ranging from sole traders to complex entities including companies with a turnover in excess of £25 million.

Robert is responsible for the overall management and development of the company. He also oversees the company's provision of audit and technical support to businesses. He manages a portfolio of mainly corporate clients of varying sizes, which extends to a significant number of pension schemes and charities. He has particular specialist knowledge in:

• audit generally; and the
• audit and accounts of company pension schemes
• company law
• advising on the purchase and sale of companies

He is regularly called upon by other accountants including:

• the provision of technical support to other accountants
• lecturing on various audit related topics to accountants throughout the country

Robert is a Director of MGI (UK) Limited – the UK arm of an International Alliance of Accountants operating throughout the world and Chairman of the trustees to North Memorial Homes (a substantial charity in Leicester).

Craig is responsible for the audit and accounts department of the company, ensuring the smooth running and timely turnaround of work. Within that department he oversees the small business group.

He acts for a portfolio of clients ranging from sole traders to substantial corporate groups.

He has particular knowledge and skills in:

• Implementing accounting procedures within a business, and establishing internal controls, to enable relevant and timely management accounts to be produced; and
• Developing cash flow models for businesses.

Craig is also a director of Allbright Bishop Rowley Limited, insurance brokers, based in Leicester.

Mark is responsible for the overall management and development of the Tax Department. He also oversees the IT Strategy for the company.

Mark deals with corporation tax and personal tax matters for clients but he has specialist knowledge in the following areas:

• Implementation of Tax Planning Strategies and Schemes
• H M Revenue & Customs Enquiries and Investigations
• Dealing with Investigations under Code of Practice 9 - Cases of Suspected Serious Fraud
• Provision of tax advice to other accountants
• Inheritance Tax Planning
• Company Succession Issues, including Purchase of Own Shares and EMI Schemes

Mark is a Governor of Oxley Primary School in Shepshed.

Bryan is responsible for managing the small business group as well as servicing his own portfolio of clients. His specialist areas include:

• Business start ups
• VAT
• Accounts preparation and taxation for the self employed and small limited companies
• Property management companies

Bryan is business adviser to Abs Kids Anti-Bullying website, a high profile charity, which has recently received national recognition and award status following Television and Newspaper coverage. Bryan is also a treasurer of Victoria Tennis Club and is one of the Dragons on the Beauchamp College's annual Dragons' Den competition open to Leicester and Leicestershire schools.

Paul is responsible for the day to day operation of the Tax Department. His own role involves the preparation of self assessment personal tax returns, partnership tax returns, trust returns and company tax returns, and for their timely submission to HM Revenue & Customs. He is also responsible for informing his clients of the amounts of their tax liabilities and the payment dates.

His particular area of expertise is in personal and corporate tax compliance aspects, but this extends to personal tax planning and executorships.

Lisa is responsible for the organisation, co-ordination and management of the department. She manages a portfolio of mainly corporate clients in the SME market but that extends to pension schemes and charities, dealing with:

• Audits
• Accounts assurance reports and reviews
• Corporate compliance with Company Law

She specialises in:

• Management accounts including budgets and forecasts
• Sage Line 50 trouble shooting
• Support and advice for internal system control improvements

Jane is responsible for the marketing and promotion of our business, ensuring that we maintain our name awareness throughout the East Midlands. She also oversees certain internal operations.

• Arranging networking and promotional events

Paul is responsible for ensuring that the company fulfil its obligations to deliver the agreed strategic plan and to provide an objective coaching and mentoring role to all the directors. His specialist areas include:

He works with businesses including sole traders and companies with a turnover in excess of £15 million and is a director of Rowley's Total Business Direction and Rowley's I.T.

Paul is Chairman of Governors of Leicester High School for Girls, a Governor of Riverside Business and Enterprise College and is a member of the Management Committee of Launde Abbey.
