Natalie joined our company in 1994 and has only ever worked at Rowleys. Starting out as an office apprentice, she has worked hard to develop her skills and expertise and now manages the regulatory and compliance requirements for our clients, ensuring they meet their company secretarial responsibilities and deadlines.

Nick has been with Rowleys since 2005. He spends most of his time at the premises of clients for whom he prepares regular management accounts and other financial information, whilst advising them on their cash flow requirements and preparing their statutory year end accounts.

Pam joined Rowleys in 2015 and became Associate Director in 2016. She manages our corporate tax department and works for a wide variety of clients. She has enjoyed the challenge of successfully claiming R&D for clients operating in less obvious sectors and also supports on personal tax assignments.

Paul joined Rowleys in 2000 as Tax Manager and became our Consultant in 2016, having had a notable career in accountancy practices. He manages a large portfolio of personal tax clients as well as advising on estate planning and undertakes probate assignments involving complex issues such as intestate, multi-property estates and significantly high net worth individuals.

Paula joined Rowleys as a Director when her practice was acquired by Rowleys in 2005. She now acts as our Finance Director and is also responsible for our audit and ethical compliance. She has over twenty years of practice experience and manages a substantial portfolio of owner managed businesses, oversees the services we provide to the medical sector as well as managing the financial health and growth of our practice.

Rekha joined Rowleys in 2015 when we acquired the practice of Kemp Taylor. Robert joined Rowleys in 1999 and now acts as our Managing and Technical Director, having previously lectured for one of the UK’s leading training providers for the accountancy sector, Mercia.
