All year end return forms P35, P60 and P38As for 2009/10 must be filed online by 19 May 2010, to avoid penalties, regardless of the number of employees.  For employers with more than 50 employees, all 'in year' forms P45 and P46 must be filed online to avoid a penalty.  This is due to be extended to employers with less than 50 employees, from 6 April 2011.
