We support all volunteer work and encourage our team to get involved in community work.
Right to Read
A group of volunteers from Rowley’s are involved in Right to Read through LEBC (www.leics-ebc.org.uk). They spend an hour each a week reading and talking with children at Braunstone Community Primary School.
Youth working
Man-Lan Adams, an audit team member, volunteers as a youth worker at the Leicester Chinese Christian Church www.lcccyaf.org.uk/ and Oadby Baptist Church www.oadby-baptist.org.uk/. The teenagers and youngsters get involved with a variety of games, discussions and Bible studies.
Community commitment
Lisa Austin, our audit manager, is a volunteer in the Leicestershire Special Constabulary. Specials are special people who want to put something back into the community in which they live and work.
